Cookies and Web Beacons
A 'cookie' is a small data file that a Web site may send to
your browser and that your browser may then store on your system.
We use cookies to simulate a continuous connection - cookies
let us "remember" information about your current browsing
session as you move from page to page. We may use cookies to
supplement our logs in further determining navigational habits
of our visitors.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually
refuse cookies, or selectively accept cookies, by adjusting
the preferences in your browser, or by using third party software.
If you turn cookies off, there may be some features of our site
that will not be available to you and some Web pages may not
display properly.
Our web site does not use beacons (or bugs) to monitor the
activity of our Web site. Used in combination with cookies,
a Web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image, usually
no larger than 1 pixel x 1 pixel, which is placed on a Web site
or in an e-mail that is used to monitor the behavior of the
user visiting the Web site or opening the e-mail. We do use
transparent graphic images in the visual layout of our web site,
but they are labeled conspicuously to their purpose.
Third Party Advertisers often use cookies and beacons to monitor
navigational habits of users. However, WJP Enterprises, Inc.
does not currently allow, nor foresee allowing, third party
advertisers on our web site Note that any links to or images
promoting another company or its product are not advertisements
as such, but acknowledgement of our association with or use
of such company or product.
How we share your information
Unless we have your express consent, WJP Enterprises, Inc.
will not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease personal information.
We treat all information you provide as confidential. Occasionally,
we may contract with other companies to provide limited services
on our behalf such as packaging, mailing and delivering purchases,
or providing our natural services to our clients. We endeavor
in all instances to ensure such companies abide by our Privacy
Policy, and when possible, require it in writing.
From time to time, we may be required to provide personal information
in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation,
or as otherwise required by law. Unless prevented by law, we
will notify you prior to the release of such information. We
also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies
any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful.
We may release certain personal information when we believe
that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights,
property, and safety of others and ourselves.
Any information we collect and store remains in our files for
at least the extent of our association with the subject, plus
one year.
If you would like a copy of all information we have stored
in your file you may contact us and will make all efforts to
notify you within five days. You may notify us of any information
we have that you would like deleted from our files. We will
delete your information, contingent upon the deletion of such
information being a detriment to our continued business process
(i.e., we will not delete your contact information if there
is still a balance on your account.)
Inadvertent Disclosure by You
Lastly, as a consequence of being at your location, our personnel
may inadvertently see or hear documents or conversations of
a private nature between you and your clients/customers. This
is particularly true of legal and medical clients. This special
circumstance is not covered by any other portion of this Privacy
Policy. Our official policy regarding this type of private information
is that it will never be collected, stored, or, if possible,
even remembered in any way. We strive to focus intently enough
on our task that we don’t even hear or comprehend documents
or conversations not intended for us.
Potential of this Privacy Policy to change
If there are changes or additions to this Privacy Policy, we
will post those changes here so that you will always know what
information we collect online or offline, how we use it and
what choices you have.
We welcome you to contact us with any questions you have regarding
our Privacy Policy.
